A Nice Addiction
Can falling in love be considered an affliction?
I must disagree. I consider it a nice addiction.
Since I first met you, with each day that passes by,
just thinking about you seems to give me a new high.
Each of our encounters with all those romantic scenes
has done more for me than a supply of amphetamines.
You are the kind of lover I am so happy to know.
You have made all my cares and concerns fly out the window.
This boy is currently as happy as he can be.
I need you each day as regularly as coffee or tea.
Whenever I am in your arms, I do not want to break free.
In such a short time, you have become a habit with me.
