A NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION
I promise myself not to drink again,
unless I can bring myself home when drunk.
I promise to no longer smoke cigarette
for, there's tobacco in a pipe.
I promise to always go home early from night out
before the sun shines the next day.
I promise to laugh always from now on
unless, I'm just alone.
I promise not to bit more than what I can chew
for, there is porridge and stew.
