A New January

Resolutions each January I feel I must do. Early February I will say good bye to you. Sounding off about what I did not do. Only makes me feel more blue. Lingering regrets I now have. Using my will power did not help. Tomorrow is another day. I will try again next year. Oh no the year is almost over. Now comes another resolution for the New Year. Saying I will be better this year and will try again with a new plan

Hello Paula … given up on NY resolutions, but not on working my way through the year. I kept thinking I must fulfil a resolution but rarely did, so your verse rings true with me - thank you Paula -

Thanks for your note. Glad you like it. It is hard to do a year of anything. There is always next year to try again. Enjoy your weekend...............

We often get sidetracked from the best of intentions for our new year resolutions Paula. My one from last year that I kept was to send birthday cards out in time. Time seems to fly by so fast these days. I think it's so much easier to keep our resolutions when we don't set the bar too high. And we all have a tendency to do that. I enjoyed your acrostic Paula. Have a wonderful new year! xxoo

The good thing about NY Resolutions is that we alive. We make them precisely because we have not jumped to a conclusion. Something gets "sorted out" when we make resolutions, right? Shalom, shalom Paula
