God can take the hardest of the struggles that we as humans
struggle with and turn them into something beautiful if only we
give Him the chance.
A New Heart
A wretched miserable child of woe
my Savior collected from this clay sod,
For He said, “Come with Me My child for want
you to know your God”.
But others would say, “Oh leave that one alone
for I know her and she will never change”,
but what they did not know was that
He will take His precious time to accomplish this and all by the power of His name.
“For I take great pleasure”, He said,
and I will send My mercy towards this one to impart”,
“Especially when I see that there will be so much thankfulness
one day deep within her troubled and saddened heart”!
You see, this heart of mine
was not always so,
but the Master was able to create a new one
and place it within me I know.
Now the perverse heart is gone
and a tender one towards my Awesome God is in its place,
one that reflects His glorious image
and the mercy of my Glorious God’s amazing grace.
