A New Beginning

The sun comes from the sky and shines,
Birds awake and sing,
To welcome a new day,
To welcome a new beginning.

The children wake with new hopes
As they play in the fields
And let themselves dream.

In the afternoon,
They are told stories
By the old folks,
While watching their childhood dreams.

In the evening,
They all return home
To rest for a while,
For they are tired
From the long run.

When night comes,
The skies shine,
And everyone sleeps
In the hope of another beginning.

In the end,
They all rest in peace,
And after all of this,
There starts a new beginning.
