A Moment In Time
Hi. I have never done this form. I went by the syllable count and format, but realized I did not do it as a folklore theme. So, it is not fully accurate. I posted it anyway.
I remember how you looked at me
A time in the past, but now we’re here
Like another life, in this moment to see
Suddenly, there was not a thing to fear
Music flowed so naturally, in sync
Playing without practice, in a blink
Yes, we found ourselves in every tune
Only we, without applause ended too soon
* This was a memory from long ago of special times writing some beautiful music, just the 2 of us. It was never played in front of others, which explains no applause. I was thinking how important it is to share creativity with others when it is created. Enjoy.
