Dearest Victor, your poem beautifully captures the enchanting transition from day to night, weaving nature’s elegance with romantic allure. The imagery of the nightingale’s serenade halting lovers in their embrace is both captivating and poetic...Hugs

Ahhh!! So romantic. I can remember years ago when I would say in summer, the whip-poor-will is back. Our nightly serenader for the summer and usually would greet us in the morning as well. Thanks for sharing this nice poem with us. Reads like a good contender for the contest. Sara K
