A Maple Leaf-A Life
English Haiku Three Verse Poem©
A maple leaf came
Floating down to the ground
In a breeze of wind
And settled right there
Where there was no maple tree,
Only dying grass.
It would never live
Again, no matter the springs
That came after snows.
