A Love That Runs Deep
Hold you in my arms
Rock you off to sleep
Whisper all about
My love for you so deep
The Mariana Trench
Is only but a wade
Compared to how far down
This love for you is laid
It's longing to come out
To warm up in the sun
Then with triumphant shout
Proclaim that you're the one
"It's you," my love would say
With tear-filled eyes of joy
No more maybe, someday
Allowed now to deploy
A little bit more
Of you is what I need
Each and every day
You're the one indeed
Who I'll wait for forever
If forever is in time
Never saying never
By your side I'll shine
