A Lost Soul Imprisoned

I am a lonely castaway
On an Island in the wind
I'm surfing on a cloud
A prisoner locked within

I'm locked in a dark gray cell
The key it can't be found
Held captive, I'm imprisoned
In a world that knows no sound

People walk right passed me
Through these walls they can not see
Someday someone somewhere
Will finally rescue me

The insanity becomes horrendous
Appalling as it seems
This world in which detests me so
Will haunt my every dream

Will they ever find me
Tomorrow's another chance
A soul that's lost in some far cosmos
In some hypnotic trance

The imprisoned feel expressed so rhyming swell. 'A soul that's lost in some far cosmos ' wow your poem is artsy fantastic such that it brightens the gloomy content. Great flow too.Kudos.

This is deep. Somewhere someone will find you and hand over to you your key of happiness :)

I really can't say for sure where this poem came from. The words just started coming and I wrote them down as quick as possible. I really am a happy person. Thanks for the comment very much.
