A Little More Love Part 2

We need a little more love on this planet Maybe I'm not the right person to judge all the damage I used to think we had to live for the moment But these days "The moment" has innocent people and kids dying in explosions Why can't we all just live a peaceful life? Why do we only unite and come together when people die? Bombs at concerts, School kids and their Friends there, People talk so I Lend ears, Every time i write about this my pen tears I wish I could say the ends near But by the looks of it, it begins here People should be able to go to the Cinema or concerts without fear of dying Guns drawn, Triggers pulled, Knives used , Bomb Explosions, I don't Want to compare the violence Security is on high alert for a few weeks Until the threat dies down, then there's a new attack in a new week Knife attacks, killing innocent people from a few streets You can live a peaceful life but can't dodge pain Cowards saying they're killing in gods name Streets we've walked on for years, are no longer safe to travel Blaming all Muslims for a few extremists, is like blaming all white people for Jimmy Saville We're being used as pawns in a game of who wins the power Every day there's new sins from cowards I'm speaking of Isis when I say that, to make things clear They're laughing and smiling, while we face our fears And try to erase our tears Sorry, but I refuse to fear them more Fear will never be in the heart of me It won't be long now until it's officially declared as war How many more attacks?, how many more tragedies will it take? How many more sad anniversaries will we have to add to our calendar dates? Even though it appears we have a lot more heartbreak to face I truly believe, that love will always overpower hate
