A Lily I Am
A lily I am upon
This blue pond,
A pond
Where tears ripple
And sway me
Like I the E, to all that
Is motion
A motion strumming
Its tears for, I
To stay
And let
My petals quiver,
As the pond continues to ripple
Ripple like love is to the depth of time
Your tears sink beneath
And into the soil,
Where my stems rooted deep
Sap it of its sadness.
