A Life of Love 3 Sonnets

The hungered kiss causes poems and verse When mouths are ripe from love's sensual sun This play of need no reason to rehearse The natural script of love has begun We'll keep no time as time counts its own space To enter this world that is not measured Close both eyes to feel a beautiful place Capture love's abundance that's most treasured If life be of this, our youth shall be kept To be held by love's bond in its keeping A hunger to love, a gift to accept A fruit eaten to stay love from weeping A kiss of hunger a feast for the heart Keeps youth to years before time to depart The red sun sets along a feathered edge As dreamers search evening skies to explore Paradise found when hearts whisper a pledge When warm kisses melt on a sandy shore And sublime moments merge to reminisce As white caps slowly till the pebbled sand The world passes, its changing light missed Blame tender touches from a lover's hand Beneath black skies slow rolling waves implore Their soft sounds will share a passionate love As day turned to night with waves they adore To leave them in awe under stars above Hearts won't wander, neither will they ignore As they will be in love for evermore Your silhouette I see in the far blue As your scent lingers, lays soft on a breeze Morning rises quietly behind you I thank Almighty God for you to please With fingertips and warmer palms a wish To share a world within this world we've known And give your lips a long and tender kiss Then place between our hearts a golden throne To rest upon in days when gray falls near When hearts feast on the purest love we know And lifts our souls in peaceful flight sincere While soaring high above the world below Do promise when I lay in still repose Upon my casket, orchids and a rose 5/1/17

Awwww....how beautiful, Frederic. You've known true love. That is evident in all your writes. However, that ending is sad. I wish you long life in health and happiness. Hugs

Wonderfully written Fredric. I like how they flow into each other and melt into one intricate but complete thought with a beginning, a middle and an ending that gave me shivers. Really nice.
