Let your tears flow freely
Let them water every plant around you
Don’t be afraid to feel
Put up boundaries
As if they are a moat protecting a castle
Protect your heart
Pick your feet up and trudge through
The ice is slippery and your feet with freeze
But you can’t give up on yourself
You are perfect in your growth
