A King and His Beauty
the audience stares
King Kong shakes shackles, breaks free…
chaos, people running away
Kong’s mistress in crowd
once free, he cannot find her…
crowd is in frenzy
the beauty nears Kong
he picks her up in his palm…
Empire building scaled
planes appear in sky
protecting Beauty, he fights…
even beasts can love
Kong falls to his death
Beauty lives to love again…
Irony defies
