A Journey To Self-Love - Potw

Gone is the scared, insecure girl inside
   Judging herself harshly. She's now free
Of self-loathing. Look at her now; all woman...

           Wearing a brand new attitude!
    Broken pieces of herself glued together;
       Virtues and vices, she accepts fully.

"Wearing a brand new attitude!" Such a wonderful feeling indeed. So many are quick to judge themselves. It is difficult seeing your inner beauty, sometimes. Your thoughts touch my heart so deeply. Congratulations Edward, on Poem of the Week. Hugs, Brandy
