A Harvest Prayer//Double Haiku

Oh ye harvest moon
hung low and ripe in the night
   Bless thou our harvest

   May all our hard work
through God’s grace and fair weather
   Reap they full bounty.

Congratulations on your win. I found this quite lyrical and unlike the typical haiku. A simple flow that made sense for this contest. It definitely makes you think about the autumn harvest.
