birds are hidden & tweeting in bushes until a wind creates a gust of birds & a gang of sparrows fly across a field leaving the safety of undergrowth with wings beating instinct made them flee the uncertain & from distant trees they watch then, the gang returns as one in a flash of wings

the structure of your poem was effect and gave me the feeling of a gust of wind. I liked 'a gang of sparrows' as well as 'instinct made them flee the uncertain.' You effectively captured what birds do. Best wishes with the contest, hugs, Sara
