A Godsend To All
A recent drought has parched the land.
People who hate rain don’t understand
that falling raindrops are a blessing that’s true.
They don’t fall from a clear sky that’s blue.
For raindrops, a sky has to become dark and gray.
We can afford to occasionally miss a sunny day.
So don’t be annoyed with an essential rainfall.
It is a replenishment to earth and a godsend to all.
