A Friend Who Is Recently Unemployed Spoke To Me the Other Day

Who will hire me
Now that I have reached sixty?
The rent is still due,
Though the things I need are few
Nothing in this world is free.

The sad part is it is just getting started, you said a lot in those few words. Blessings, Ron

So hard, so many people are frightened and feeling desperate! This poem says so much in so few words. ~ Carrie
