Cancer does not respect anyone - age or gender. Cancer comes to call and things change rapidly, in a sad way. I am sorry for Jennifer, and for you, her friend. I am sorry for them all. I am sorry we have cancer; I have no idea why we do. This is well done, my friend. So sad; so terribly sad. You wrote this with an abrupt ending which reflects cancer well.

Caren, yes what you say is so true, sometimes by the time the doctors detect the cancer it is already too late, I have lost so many friends already to cancer, and family members, cancer sometimes has an abrupt ending and other times drags on forever ~

A sad one! My cousin messaged me two days before she died, “Please pray for me”

Kim, yes, each time I hear a person has cancer, it breaks my heart, that is so sad about your cousin. I find that most people I have known at least show such incredible strength ~
