Oh wow, Carolyn :) This is one inspirational story!! I've just been here on the Soup all morning and twice I get to read poems that gave me chills in a good way---this is one of those--my cousin had muscular dystrophy and he was not so lucky to have had the same support as Jake--wow, I am truly awed by his strength of character!
