A Father
A Father
Your father is someone to protect you
Someone to help when you’re down
To help with something new
Give you a smile when you’ve a frown
A father is always there
No matter the circumstances
Always there to care
Gives you many second chances
Gives you hope when needed
Never leaves you behind
Unless something had preceded
That had once assigned
Him to be left aside
Him now off to the side
