''A Fallen Leaf''

I am a Fall leaf-
just  f l o a t i n g  down a clear stream,
quiet the ripples;

I make on this  l o n g   journey,
calm-  SERENE  in the water.


I, a fallen leaf-
swirling,  w h i r l i n g  in the stream,
with silent ripples;

and in my   d e a t h  and decay,
I am-   BEAUTIFUL.
