A Dream Come True
Such egregious acts from the ones in power,
Inflicting oppression at every turn they make.
Many ask the question, “what can I do?”
“What can I do for heaven’s sake?”
History has proven that violence and uproar
Only results in more pain inflicted,
But still we must rise, rise in a way that
They cannot stop. Humanly, spiritually,
Empathetically and with love only.
Trust in the process of positive thought.
And show patience to all including yourself.
For one dawn shall come when all will fall,
Fall beneath the ruins of the ancient earth.
Then build again a better world, when a
Golden Age shall shine its light. For some
Of us already dream, that we know one
Day this dream shall soon come true.
