As dusk came quickly Fast as a dove Escaping to Swift Creek Seeking moments to splurge There was the photographer Sitting quietly on the hill Taking twilight pictures Of the water running swift Then he saw me I saw him Our eyes focused intently Our love truly began He had watched me From a very distant place He knew from the first moment He had to see my face Then the cry of the bobcats Piercing the air Gave me a terrible scare Why did they have to be there
