A Date With Spring

Calm Spring
Winters dust fades
We’ll step out on that date
With the symphony of bird song
Brushing my cold bones with orange blossoms
Above fanfares of daffodils
Blowing ripples of warmth
No more thermals
Calm Spring

Nicely done. I particularly liked "brushing my cold bones with orange blossoms" and the "symphony of bird song". Lovely

As a preteen new to Maine, we called them zipped-up sleeping blankets--I don't miss that...just my family I had then--effortlessly done, WJ, with my compliments, Aloha William
