A Daring Escape

Daring to order one chocolate and one vanilla ice cream cone
Surprised I wasn’t upbraided for asserting my
            ‘integrationist’s privilege’ – so ‘1960’s’
Escaped with my life ~ without taking my change

ha! there are other flavors, you know, gershon! i have a friend who, like you, only orders chocolate or vanilla and i'm always teasing her about it. i don't think that was exactly the point of your poem, though...

Yep. The evil Obama resurrected to gain power and keep it in this nation will long be written about and analyzed if we survive. Master of division.

Obama is about as exciting to see as watching paint dry.
