A Dance In the Night Sky
Full luminescent Moon wears a rainbow crown,
of red, orange, yellow, green, and blue.
Reflecting the dancing stars of wonder
in the middle of an ocean, a gown of panes gray.
As the fast moving, bending white fluffy clouds drown.
Pass by veiling it for moments breaking down
to spellbind bright puffs of clouds conforming
to different shapes that drape the night sky.
Extending my arms, I arise and stand,
reaching on my tiptoes to grasp the brightest star.
In the distance afar magical rainbow transposes.
Mystifying and strange happening developing wings,
rising excitement that astound I spread my arms,
spellbound, embracing the star that is sparkling.
Magnificent glow in the night skies nearer the star
I have to close my eyes, the brighter it became.
I overcome the flame grasping a peace in my heart that defies.
