a tired daffodil bows down its head to sleep a day's end. nodding repeatedly; done blaring its trumpet, the entertainer calls it a day; lullaby sung by wind. (merse) Date written: 09/20/2021

A most creative piece, Edward. The personification of the Daffodil is captured well in the flower's nod, its trumpet down. Cheers, Brian

never tried a merse, have to look the form up but as for your words, absolutely beautiful...i can see the flowers gently swaying in a gentle breeze :) hugs
