Woody Woodpecker pecked away; Finished he went on his way. Flying to his nest his wife wanted some sex, Not now I have a headache, I'm going to rest. How is that Sir Jack. Blue Jays and Woody Woodpecker are singing!!!!!!!!!

We've got two WoodPeckers here at our home... In the worst of winter they Dine with us some... A touch of fresh water and seed then off they roam... One brought his wife so we named him Saint Jerome... We're waiting for a few wee ones to follow this year and to come... That's my wish this year to Santa Jack to work on... LOL... We all love you here Santa Jack, at our home...

A few years yea (11 inches per snow- 4 or 5 times)... some years almost none. It almost always melts before the next snow. We live where 2 rivers meet (Missouri and Mississippi) so a lot of weather goes around us. The prairie to the west gets most of the bad weather. A couple of years the snow was deep for 90 days... very rare... but the animals suffered.

Well I wouldn't enter it in Poetry Soup's Admin Happy Limerick Poems for Children Contest (that if you haven't entered you should) but...more importantly how did our Jack Ellison get to be Santa Jack? Is it just for Christmas? or is Ellison coming back? This is on a need to know basis......
