A Contest for the Hearts and Minds of Americans

In the contest for the hearts and minds of Americans
the clash of forces features screams, shouts and shots

While the quietude required to determine right from wrong
~ buried somewhere deep beneath snow and ice

Hi Gershon, Good writing. I’m praying that peace will prevail. Have a cozy evening. ~

Agreed. I myself much prefer lamp-lighting to gaslighting. ~ Man in the Street
