A Christmas Poem

A Christmas Poem Christmas O Christmas How you drive me insane You know all my kids Will want every damn thing The crowds at the Mall I can’t take it no more And the cashier just graduated Kindergarten for sure The traffic is mad They ride on your rear I’ll be damn lucky If I see the New Year The decorations oh my Please give me a break It’s gotten bizarre The lights and music in sync The mistletoe’s hung So the guys can steal kisses And the money you spend It’s gotten ridiculous The madness must end It has taken it’s toll Christmas today Has gotten out of control

Brilliantly penned and I can't agree more with you Ricky - we spend no more than £10 on eachother and we struggle with that as we are not particularly materialistic and buy things when we need them not because a particular day dictates it:-) hugs jan xx
