John's Stilton pâté comment made me laugh and then cry when it reminded me that Dairycrest are closing the cheese factory in the Peak District's Hartington, which makes some of the finest Stilton and other blue cheeses I know. BTW I live in the mountains of northern Tuscany now. Parma currently has an excellent Correggio exhibition that includes specially erected viewing platforms for the cupola paintings in two of the churches. Brilliant. Best, Nigel
