A Chicken To Love No Longer

I think it is kind of weird That I am acting so scared Being a terrified chicken I am like a time bomb tickin' Form emotions that I hide Every day way deep inside When I see you pass by me Smiling and so very Handsome and kind in the way You say "have the greatest day" I just turn away from you I don't know what I should do To get your sweet loving kissin' I need to stop being chicken And bring out the woman I Know is in there and not shy But I've never felt before This stirring and I want more I will just have to be strong Before you are sweetly drawn Into the arms of someone new Leaving me to think of you And the way you were so nice Sad and blue I'll pay the price For not acting stronger than A chicken cooped inside a pen I will make you mine for sure Digging way down in my core I will finally face my fears Saying hello as I stare Into your beautiful green eyes And you stare back with surprise

yes, you have to look them straight in the eyes, that is how I got my man!! this is a very fun one to read. By the title, at first I thought it was going to be about a chicken you did not love any longer. hahaha
