A Car

A car came speeding around the bend Went right through a tree in to my children's bedroom I was thankful to God this didn't become anyone's tomb. My house the car did rend. I was mad at the drunk driver who said Oops! I Shouldn't make this a trend. I was wondering when normal conversation would Resume. A car came speeding around the bend Went right through a tree in to my children's bedroom. Now the driver is worried that his license could be Suspended. I was not about to illume Or remove the gloom. I was getting furious with his babbling especially When he said Can we hurry this up I have a party to Attend. A car came speeding around the bend Went right through a tree in to my children's bedroom.

Most drunks don't know they are drunks. Sad write but I like the way you kept repeating your one line. Nice one, Bette:)
