of feelings and thoughts and the hurt;
and resentment_ so you can grow !
It dwells, swirls and twirls in your heart,
forgive them and make pain depart !
It will take a process and time,
as from your revenge you must climb !
Forgiveness is not a pardon,
but, it will make your life sublime;
and your own soul will not harden !
Connect with your spirit and find great peace,
be water yielding as it softly flows;
and make forgiveness your life centerpiece !
Live a Taos life and see how your life slows;
don't build walls but tall bridges from all woes !

embrace harmony in your life;
send to the world peace, love and light !
