Two aging lovers emotionally tethered to each other know that death will come for one of them first. And as time takes its toll sadness swells up within their hearts when they think about it. The acceptance of the inevitability of the other’s death triggers tears, a very human experience. Such feelings come straight from the heart where love’s a two edged sword. Memories gently roll through their minds exploring their sphere of recognition. And like old films of days gone by, they chuckle at long forgotten escapades of two children, lost in innocent play. They recall broken dreams with some regret yet, they’re wrapped in a blanket of love for when you share one heart, all times are happy ones. They often retreat to their own internal space where they face a tide of sad emotions that ebb and flow as the years unfold. Their apprehensions of who will die first strikes a cord of uncertainty, that vibrates within both their hearts. When the time comes to die, you simply close your eyes let out a breath, and say a silent yes! Dying’s not the scary part...living on is! Feb.1, 2018

Ebb and flow of uncertainty is more frightening, than dying, I agree. Agree on all the comments given to you, just can't say it as well. Big Congrats!
