After a diagnosis of breast cancer, many women face a range of emotional struggles – especially body-image issues....................................
Note: To all the women facing all kinds of emotional struggles especially when body image takes over with concerns. I wrote this poem and dedicate it to my ex-mother in law, Yolanda. We are very close. She's a breast cancer survivor. She spent the Christmas Holidays with me and my children 2015. She's beautiful at, 54. She's always questioning my writings. So Today, I write this for her. Up to this day, she is single and living her life to the fullest. She once told me a story about a man she was in love with. He left and never looked back. Yolanda, on the other hand, said, it was harder to lose a breast. To this day, the only one she misses is the one breast that got away. I shared this poem, Via text message.
