* the Dawn of the New Morning
Her heart is like the dawn of the new morning.
awaking from it's years of deep slummer.
For so long she had locked it up keeping it
protected from all who had broken it.
Trusting not a soul had been so painful for her,
She is fearful but, knows it something she must do.
A voice called out to her one night while sleeping.
She sat up asking " Who is calling out my name "?
It is I your Father! open your HEART and let me in.
She answered but, I am so afraid of being hurt again.
Fear not my child, I am here cradling your heart, in
my arms, protecting it from those who will break it.
Her heart which had been broken, bruised for so long,
now mended, bruises healed, some scars remain.
Her heart is like the dawn of the new morning, awake
now filled with sunshine and cradled in Gods arms.
