" Set To Sea "
Gone we are this day you'll see ~
Off away to nether lands ~
Gone we are to sail with glee ~
Aboard her now a'come all hands ~
With them then such all sort stuff ~
Carried down to dock a'blow ~
Mate say now 'tis quite enough ~
That ye have we'll stow below ~
Sails await top yards hewn strong ~
Winds a'whistle 'round harbour's end ~
'Tis this journey shall be long ~
A'sea does now landsmen send ~
Maids ashore do tears so shed ~
Mates aboard stand fast all ~
Fear of ship or sea they dread ~
None may change sea siren call ~
Captain now come he aboard ~
Krewe now all with eyes ahead ~
Struts he now as noble lord ~
Wish now they this call had fled ~
With soften voice yet strength within ~
Captain hails his men below ~
Sail with me lads off to sin ~
Seas all seven we now go ~
Choice so made long before ~
Ship a'sea men a'shore ~
Dread naught but fancy free ~
Sailors all so set to sea ~
