8 PM
I’m waiting to truly eat as ease
Instead, I write it out as I please
I’m praying things work out for the better
I’m praying things won’t make me a regretter
I rinse away the grief, the brief grief
I wonder what’s it like to have relief
I wince away the pain
I want God’s healing rain
It’s 8 PM…but I won’t be sad anymore
It’s 8 PM, but I won’t be mad to the core
It’s 8 PM…but I will be glad onwards, onwards
I’m in loss of words…I want to be free like birds
8 AM doesn’t have to be eating hour…
It’s God’s power that makes me hungry
8 PM doesn’t have to be a time to devour
It’s God’s hour to make us be set truly free…
It’s 8 PM and it’s getting darker…
Yeah, I heard her…I heard her
The French fries gives me smiles
From a million miles, million miles
It’s time to eat…it’s time to eat
I want to eat Christ’s bread and wine
It’s very neat…it’s a great treat…
I need to repeat God’s word, for it’s a treat!
