A silent night
A frightful dream
Waking up in a cold sweat
Wishing you were here

Frightened tears
Whispered cries
No one can hear me
I suddenly realise

Lingering memories
I can't seem to shake
Trying to figure out
My reality from fantasy

Seeming to collide inside my head
Feeling that down the trail
That i have failed
More than once

When will the world realise
That i'm drowning
And my voice can't leave the flooding waters
