2 Pac

You rose from poverty, And readied ur weapons and sharpened, Your words then set out 2 battle oppression. 2 battle segregation and da hate dat grew in the, Heart of ur brothers and sisters. U shouted black power, and they rejoiced and Shouted back, black power. Yet u still sharpened ur words and set out, To shatter the sword of violence with ur words of peace. U set out to battle ignorance, and help the lost adolescence. “Only God can Judge Me” you once said, But we can honor u and ur poetic soul. And shout black power while we hold da banner of peace.
