2 Am Dream Catch
2 a.m. Dream Catch (written June '07)
I turn 21 on monday
of course.
how fitting a celebration on a monday…
I try to dream big.
I try to understand the concept of dreaming.
it just seems to complicated.
like pondering the absurdity of the vastness of the universe after consumption of too much inspiration.
or trying to understand why the neighbors dog barks at 1:00 a. m. each night.
I’ve been studying this dream catcher
it’s hung in the corner of the room
for some time now.
maybe tonight i will give it something
good…
or maybe not.
