Poet's Notes:
Spain's Diego Costa goal makes history with the first VAR decision at a World Cup.
Diego Costa appeared to elbow Pepe in the face, but the Video Assistant Referee decided not to award a free-kick, allowing the striker's decision to stand. An early victory for technology at this World Cup.
