2009's New Year's Eve
Tonight is the night I wave goodbye
To my good friend 2008
Tonight is the last time I shall be with you
For no more 2008 deadlines shall be due
Although this is the last night
Something happened that I shall not forget
Something that put me in pain
Causing me never to do it again
I was trying to cut something gently
When I suddenly didn’t pay attention
And I cut my finger accidentally
I put some medicine and all turned out to be fine
Although this has happened tonight
I shall never forget the memories I met through out my flight
For you, 2008, have taught me a lot
Thank you for the wonderful moments
Thank you for the delightful treasures
Thank you Allah for guiding me through out this year
