1st family reunion

2025.2.1 My big happy family 1st reunion. Today, Saturday, is the 4th day of CNY. It is a bit late to gather and to celebrate. Can't help it though, since most members, Worked during the weekdays. Great grandma, grandmas, mothers and fathers, all Sisters and brothers, including the in-law. Aunties and Uncles, nephew, nieces and cousins And their girl and boy friends. All was here to greet each other, Delivered the best wishes and congratulations. They dressed in their best outfit. Red packets, Angpows and Lixi, Danced across the room to reach the children. They were happy and could get rich from receiving money. Most of us sat in the lounge room, Few worked in the kitchen, To prepare the special New Year treats, All the food has no meat., Everyone happy to share the munching moment. Lot of biscuits, lollies and sweets, Wrapped in well wishes plastic. They were placed in the hexagon container, disappeared bit by bit. It was the atmosphere that I enjoyed most, today.
