I'm with ya on the leg cramps. I was sitting on a luxury movie seat the other day and at the very end of the movie, I looked like an idiot just staying on my seat waiting for a cramp on the side of my thigh to go away (five min. waiting. Good grief)

that's a long time alright. but just think of trying to make an old body learn how to do the splits, when never attempted = haha - I give the young stunties a lot of amusement or maybe its horror - but so much fun for someone easily bored - I am actually motivated to do something other than work and it feels GREAT

For me, I was nearly 16 in the 60's (1960's) and I had leg cramps in those days just as much as now, so I was taking it as someone 16 years old (from the title line)!! But from below comments I see only one other person took it that way. Sorry about that. It was the dive and roll references making me think of my rock and roll days!!

nope - it's about my stunt training. Which is not anything one expects from an oldie. Check out my poem entitled - To be too Late. Gives a bit more detail. But I am ecstatically enthusiastic as it has fixed a severe injury no therapists ever were able to. However, not to encourage others to do same as I already had high fitness and muscle level from physical work all life.

lol, loved the 60's, 2 and a half years in Malta, the remainder, up to 69 in Germany, well the majority, as from there I got to visit the majority of European countries, Norway my favourite, along with Malta.
