Yes, concussions are not an easy battle to overcome. Still the brain is amazing and can be rewired. A prayer for a full and vibrant recovery.

Rewiring in progress <3 I was 23 when I suffered the initial severe TBI, 23 years later, this concussion led me to deciphering over 20yrs of symptoms; well on my way to CTE, I do have hope: neuroplasticity. I have no faith in conventional medicine, been on a waiting list to see a neorologist for over a year, it's DIY baby ;), Thank you my friend. Hugs! xomo

Good poem, but sorry you're going through this. I sympathize on the inflammatory food thing... I've given up many fave foods to achieve healing- & though I'm a work-in-progress, healthier diet has helped. Wishing you all the best, my friend!

For the nuts or the concussed? Not that they're mutually exclusive ;) My brain is a mess but my mess has a name, I can address it. "Hey you, eat this!" (turns out inflamation a huge factor, bye bye inflammatory foods, sniff, I'll misss you)
